Space Shuttle, 40th. Anniversary Giftbox, Plastic Kit 1/72.

This kit is a relaunch of the 40 years old Space Shuttle kit by Revell and one of the two only kits available in this scale.

But it is still as facinating as at the first release and also the most detailed kit in this size.

The cockpit can be opened and shows all the details as well as the cargo bay doors that give sight on the fright of the first days, the Space Lab.

A bit old fashioned are the raised engravings of the heat tiles of the heatshield, which originally are engraved. A lot of work for super detailers.

But it is still a nice modell and about 40cm large.
